Shipping

Every Realms order is packed by hand and sent with care. Here’s what to expect once you’ve placed your order.

We ship across Hong Kong via SF Express at a flat rate of HK$50, or free for orders over HK$500. Please allow 7–15 business days for us to process and prepare your order before it's dispatched; you'll receive a tracking number once it's on its way.

Where we ship

We currently ship within Hong Kong only. If you’re ordering from outside Hong Kong, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.

Processing & dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 7-15 business days, delivered via SF Express. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Remote areas & outlying islands

SF Express applies an additional delivery surcharge to certain remote areas and outlying islands. If your delivery address falls within one of the areas below, we’ll be in touch to confirm any extra cost before dispatching your order:

Lamma Island (Yung Shue Wan & Sok Kwu Wan)
Peng Chau
Ma Wan
Discovery Bay
Mui Wo, Tai O, Ngong Ping & Pui O (Lantau Island)
Po Toi Island
Tap Mun
Tung Ping Chau
Lau Fau Shan
Remote areas of Sai Kung & country park zones

Surcharges are set by SF Express and will be quoted to you directly. Please note that delivery to these areas may also take a little longer.
